2 Athlete eligibility

  • Athletes must belong to a single affiliation only — a government agency, educational institution, club, association, youth center, company, business, provincial sports association, or provincial sports promotion association.
  • Applicant age
    • From 7 to 12 years — born 2014–2019
    • Over 12 to 15 years — born 2011–2013
    • 15 years and over, no age limit — born 2010 or earlier
  • Each athlete may enter only one weight class.
  • Each athlete may enter only one age level.

3 Competition venue

Held at Star IT Center, Rayong (Building 2).

5 Competition format

  • Single-elimination format (two bronze medals for joint third place). If time expires with no score or a tie, the result is decided by the Golden Score rule.
  • If a weight class has 1 – 4 registered athletes, it is held as an exhibition: medals and certificates are awarded, but results do not count toward the overall points trophy.
  • From 7–12 and over 12–15 divisions: 3 minutes for boys and girls, every round. Only throwing techniques (NAGE WAZA) and hold-downs (OSAEKOMI WAZA) are allowed; strangles (SHIME WAZA) and arm locks (KANSETSU WAZA) are prohibited.
  • 15-and-over division: 4 minutes for men and 4 minutes for women, every round. All judo techniques permitted under the rules are allowed.
  • Governed by the International Judo Federation rules, revised edition "IJF Sport and Organisation Rules (SOR) 2025".

6 Weigh-in

At Star IT Center, Rayong (Building 2) · Sunday 2 August 2026
08:00 – 09:00 — weigh-in for all athletes (male/female), every division.

7 Competition schedule

Sunday 2 August 2026
  • 09:00 – 09:30 — team manager meeting
  • 10:00 — opening ceremony
  • 10:30 — competition begins for all divisions in order
  • 16:00 — medal ceremony

8 Registration documents

  • Applicants aged 18 or under must have guardian consent to participate.
  • One front-facing photo, no hat, no sunglasses.
  • A copy of the national ID card, birth certificate, or identity document (certified by the head or representative of the agency/institution/club/association/youth center/company/business/provincial sports association).

Note: If any document submitted for registration is forged or altered, the organizing committee will immediately disqualify the athlete and coach from the competition.

9 Registration and submission deadline

  • Registration is done online.
  • Register and sign up with your real first and last name, and complete all information.
  • Submit the application form with the name list by 31 July 2026.

10 Awards

Awards for individual athletes
  • Champion — gold-plated medal and certificate
  • 1st runner-up — silver-plated medal and certificate
  • 2nd runner-up — bronze-plated medal and certificate (shared)

11 Medical care

The organizers provide only basic first aid. Any further medical treatment is the responsibility of each team.
